Focusing on the homemaker crowd, show facilitated by Jack LaLanne, Debbie Drake and other exercise VIPs were a morning staple in homes all over Canada. From that point forward, exercise shows have advanced and with the appearance of digital TV, the programming extended to incorporate yoga, cardio, weightlifting and more lively aerobic activities on specific systems concentrated on health and wellness. Discovery Fit and Health

Discovery Fit and Health appeared in January 2011.
